In the past weeks, our teams have continued to work very hard on remediating the consequences of the cyber attack that hit us on March 19. We want to share with you the following update.
We are very glad to inform you that in the last few days, we have taken big steps forward in recovering our systems. For now, not all of our services are up and running again. But gradually, we are scaling up, and we try to do that in the fastest way possible.
Initially, this might temporarily hinder our service levels, but we continue to work hard on the recovery to be fully operational again.
Over the last few weeks, we have received a lot of support messages from our business partners, for which we are very thankful. Being able to start servicing customers again is giving us a new energy boost.
As reported earlier, the investigation that we are doing together with 3rd party cyber experts showed that cyber criminals had access to data. This investigation is still ongoing. So far, we still haven't found any indication that data has been published. We are very serious about the confidentiality of our employees’ and our business partners’ data and we will update you when we have further insight.
We are confident that we will come back stronger than ever.
