At TVH, the safety and well-being of our customers and our employees is always our top priority. We are actively monitoring the evolving COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and taking steps to help keep our communities safe.
Please be assured that we will do everything possible to try to maintain our usual delivery performance, and to mitigate any negative impact on your business.
We are evaluating inventory and making necessary purchases to mitigate possible disruptions. The impact that parts suppliers and vendors have on TVH is constantly being reviewed as we continue to monitor the evolving situation. However, we do anticipate some delays in deliveries may occur due to travel restrictions imposed by some governments.
Our sales teams and services will continue to be available as normal via phone, email and MyTotalSource.
Warehouses
TVH has become an important part of the supply chain to critical industries, including agriculture and logistics. Every day that we continue to ship parts is a day that you can keep your machines operational – be it on the field, on the road or in a warehouse.
- 20/04: TVH Malaysia has been defined as an essential business by the Malaysia government. Our branches in Shah Alam and Johor be open from Monday - Friday, starting 20/4, for walk-in customers and deliveries from our warehouse
- 07/04: In accordance with government regulations, our TVH branches in Shah Alam and Johor Bahru will be open for business every Monday and Thursday starting 9 April.
- 27/03: TVH Belgium remains fully operational

Please know that we are doing everything in our power to maintain our usual delivery performance. We will provide regular updates on possible delays.

Employees
During this time we will do our utmost to continue to give you the best service. However, because our employees interact with customers and the general public, we have taken steps to limit exposure to the virus. We have put restrictions on travel, are postponing large-scale events such as trade fairs and internal events, and are limiting the size of meetings.
We are also providing remote-work solutions and will continue to reinforce safe behavior in every environment.
Additionally, we have protocols in place to inform about hand hygiene, disinfection and appropriate procedures based on recommendations by government and health agencies.
