Mobile elevating work platform technology for non-engineers
If you work in sales, administration, or the warehouse in a technical-commercial environment, then knowing about the machines active in that environment helps you perform your job better. ‘Aerial work platform technology for non-engineers’ is a 2-day course in which you’ll learn about the technical aspects of aerial work platforms such as scissor lifts, boom lifts and spider lifts. No prior knowledge is required. By participating in a mix of theoretical and practical lessons, you’ll gain insight into how aerial platforms function and what they’re used for. You’ll also learn how to recognise various components and locate them on a machine. And you’ll gain the technical insight needed to offer customers helpful and accurate advice.
TARGET GROUP
Anyone who is active in a technical-commercial environment, but doesn’t carry out repairs. After the training, the participant has a better insight in the many technical aspects of an aerial work platform. Only the basic principles are addressed, detailed operating principles aren’t treated. This training course is particularly suitable for people who work in the sales department, warehouse, administration or car mechanics who want to reorientate their career to the aerial work platform business.
