• Steering axles: No accurate steering without the correct steering axle. And when it comes to steering, only the sturdiest axle and parts are good enough. We offer bare steering axles, bell cranks, king pins, hub wheels, knuckles, rods and many more.
• Steering columns: Acting as the bridge between the steering wheel and the lower steering system, the steering column enhances every movement from one part to the next, thereby creating more comfort and accuracy for the driver.
• Steering gearbox parts: Assisted by a hydraulic system or an electric motor, the gearbox of the steering system enables the driver to make the wheels of a multi-tonne vehicle turn.
• Mechanical steering housing: Filled with gears and bearings, the steering housing protects its inner parts from the outside to ensure smooth functioning.
• Steering pitman arm: The pitman lever or pitman arm is connected to the steering gear and functions like a lever. The torque coming from the steering gear is turned into mechanical force to transmit the steering movement to the wheels.
• Steering ball screw shaft: This worm gear translates the rotational motion of the ball bearings inside the housing into a linear motion towards the steering mechanism, enhancing precision.
• Electrical servo/power steering parts: These parts are constantly calculating and adjusting the output of the power steering, depending on the incoming torque and position of the steering wheel.
