He did it again! Our sporty sales rep Warren Hardwick paddled an amazing 82 km during the Fish River Canoe Marathon 2018, which took place in Eastern Cape on 5 and 6 October 2018. Among the many recreational participants, Warren and a handful other ‘diehards’ got the best out of two consecutive days of paddling: respectively 46 and 36 km, good for a total of 82 km! The timing couldn’t have been more perfect, as the squad was able to take advantage of the farmers’ annual water release in that area, which greatly facilitated the paddle down that long stretch. It was Warren’s 5th participation in a grand canoe marathon, but the first time ever where he did all the paddling himself in a single canoe.
