What are power packs?
Power packs are complete units that mainly consist of a motor, a reservoir, and a hydraulic pump. The purpose of this unit is to generate power to drive hydraulic machinery. Power packs can be used in many applications such as: stackers, tail lifts, mobile elevating work platforms and electric lift trucks.

The best way to do this is to take a picture of the complete ID plate on the power pack. There can be several ID plates on different parts. Usually, the ID plate for the complete system is located on the pump support. With this information, we can find the correct product in a flash.
A good start is half the battle
To make sure your brand new power pack performs as you would like, it is advised to check the pressure control valve. When starting up your new power pack, this pressure control should be set to 0 bar to assure a smooth startup of the system. Keep in mind that this pressure is sometimes set to 0 bar as standard. So if you notice a pressure issue after a while, check the pressure control valve and change this to the desired value (can be found in the machine's instruction manual).
