From there, each component is disassembled and inspected for broken or waring parts, including gears and shafts. The torque converter is fitted with new seals, bearings, solenoids, and discs before being reassembled. After reassembly, it is then put through a series of tests to ensure it meets or exceeds OEM standards. These tests look for any abnormalities or leakages and determine operating pressure, torque converter pressure, and pump pressure.
