Lucy DelSarto, TVH’s Health & Wellness Coach, plays a pivotal role in leading wellness initiatives through the Nudge Program, ensuring employees have access to activities and education that promote long-term well-being. The Healthy KC Workplace Wellness Certification program is based on the World Health Organization’s Healthy Workplaces Framework and assesses businesses across five key areas: Core Wellness, Personal Health Resources, Psychosocial Work Environment, Community Involvement, and Work Environment.
