NIEUWE JOBSITE MOET TVH AAN 175 NIEUWE COLLEGA’S HELPEN

Parts specialist TVH continues to grow. That is why it is making every effort to fill its 175 vacancies, more than 100 of which at its headquarters in Waregem. In addition to launching a striking employer branding campaign last year, the company is now also launching a brand-new job site: jobs.tvh.com.

TVH, the world leader in spare parts, has over 5000 employees worldwide, half of whom are based at the main office in Waregem. In this tight labour market, companies have to pull out all the stops. This new website is therefore an additional means to fill the 175 vacancies more quickly.

Peter Geiregat, Chief People Officer at TVH: "For the first time, the new website shows an overview of all our vacancies worldwide. On the one hand, we highlight our international character even more this way, and on the other hand, it is also true that we look less at 1 specific location to fill a vacancy. We work in cross-border teams, so some positions that are open here can also be filled by someone in America, for instance. People join TVH because of the unique combination of a number of elements: the culture, the full transformation we are in, the constant growth and the entrepreneurial nature of the company. That makes for a wide range of solid positions in terms of content, in a stimulating atmosphere. And that is our great strength."

MORE THAN JUST AN EMPLOYEE

The employer branding campaign TVH launched last year, clearly played on one of the company's qualities: the employee is central. The same goes for its new job site. Through employee testimonials, visitors find out what the company culture is like. Peter: "The essence of that campaign and our culture? Whoever works at TVH is more than just an employee. We give everyone room to be themselves. You notice this not only in the campaign and on the job site, but also in the many activities and initiatives we organise for our employees throughout the year: we have a green zone with sports facilities, a TVH choir, a party committee and we regularly organise fun afterwork get-togethers for colleagues. But first and foremost, people should choose TVH if they want an interesting job in a growing, international environment.”
