Quality Policy

TVH Nordic AB, which supplies spare parts and accessories for forklifts and electric vehicles, strives to constantly improve the quality of our products and services, and improving our well-developed service must be something that concerns our staff and all our partners. 

We will convey our own and our suppliers' strength and competence to our customers in order to strengthen their position. 
We will show our customers that our competitiveness and our broad range provide the customer with a profitable total solution. 
We will continuously improve the staff's competence through training and the management must ensure that the staff has the technical aids required to meet the customers' demands and expectations.

We are certified according to the environmental standard ISO 14001:2015 
This means that we strengthen our service towards our customers and that we become an even stronger partner.

Environmental policy

TVH Nordic AB, which supplies spare parts and accessories for forklifts and electric vehicles, will protect the environment by supporting circular thinking, preventing pollution and minimizing any harmful environmental effects from our operations.

Through its actions and through training and information, TVH Nordic AB will work for constantly increased environmental awareness among our partners and through commitment ensure that the staff has understanding, motivation and an active environmental mindset.

Through continuous improvements, TVH Nordic AB shall strive to gradually tighten the environmental targets and always have laws and other environmental requirements as a minimum requirement.

Suppliers and external contractors must comply with applicable legislation and work for a resource-efficient use of water, energy and other raw materials. The supplier must minimize both the climate impact from its operations and negative emissions to air, water or land.
