Все расходные части повышенного износа обязательно меняются на новые в любых двигателях, подлежащих капремонту: поршни и поршневые кольца, гильзы, подшипники, водные насосы, ремни, клапаны, все сальники и прокладки … и это результируется в отличном функционировании двигателя. Дизельные топливные насосы также проходят полный цикл восстановления. Все наши восстанавливаемые ДВС проходят тщательное тестирование и поставляются с заключением о проверке.

Our remanufacturing process for ICEs includes replacing all wearing parts: pistons and piston rings, liners, bearings, water pumps, belts, valves, and all seals and gaskets. In a diesel system, the fuel pump and injectors are also completely overhauled, resulting in an engine that functions like it’s brand new. Every remanufactured engine is tested thoroughly to ensure excellent quality and comes with a 1-year warranty.
