Decal Production

We have the knowledge and expertise to create high quality decals efficiently.  Our state-of-the-art printing equipment and software allows flexibility on material, colors, and quantity in manufacturing while ensuring our stock is maintained to meet customer needs.  After printing, our process continues with cutting the decals out of the media, preparing them for bagging, kitting, and inventory.

Manufacturing gives TVH control over quality and stock as well as the ability to make rapid prototype decals for new business.

Squeegee Production

In a continual effort to be a source of products and services that help our customers be successful, TVH manufactures squeegees cut from a variety of materials:  rubber, natural rubber, and urethane.  TVH is your source for OE quality squeegees for most makes and models of scrubbers.

TVH utilizes a 50 square foot production table that offers consistent accuracy with machine controlled cuts and smooth, flat edges.  The operator can review of the material layout on a visual display before cutting to ensure maximum product yield.
