The industry experts that make up this department make it their mission to research and provide answers for our customers. It's almost like our customers have their own research specialist right at their fingertips. TIS removes the guesswork out of figuring out which parts are required for any piece of equipment.
TIS makes sure they always provide the customer with the parts they need; not just the parts they ask for. They do this by:
• Providing accurate and timely parts look-up information for customers
• Researching truck information by make, model and serial numbers for customers
• Identifying and suggesting parts needed to complete a job
• Providing technical support for various internal departments
TIS helps our customers gain a deeper level of understanding when it comes to the parts and technical information. To accomplish this, TVH has built an extensive library of parts information that contains data on trucks as old as 70 years to the latest models available and everything in-between. They also rely on the department’s over 300 years of combined industry experience. On average, the parts experts in our TIS department put this knowledge to good use and process over 19,000 quotes totaling over 54,000 line items per month.
