The perfect match terms & conditions
Article 1: Principle
These Campaign rules set out the regulations governing the conditions of the Campaign to receive the gifts mentioned in Article 5. (hereinafter the "Match the Parts Campaign").
The Match the Parts Campaign is organized by TVH Parts Americas, with registered office at 16355 S Lone Elm Rd, Olathe, KS 66062 (hereinafter the "Organizer").
By participating in the Match the Parts Campaign, the Participant (as defined below) accepts without reservation or restriction all provisions of these Campaign rules and the decisions of the Organizer. The Participantadditionally recognizes that all purchases are subject to the Organizer’s (or its affiliates’) General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as available on its website: https://www.tvh.com/en-us/terms-conditions.
Article 2: Who can participate?
Participation in the Match the Parts Campaign with purchase obligation is exclusively reserved for organizations (hereinafter the "Participant").
The natural person who competes in the Match the Parts Campaign is not personally eligible for a gift
Article 3: Modalities of participation
The Participant will receive a "ticket"/"opportunity" to participate in the Match the Parts Campaign (hereinafter a "Ticket"), if the Participant:
- registers on the web page of the Match the Parts Campaign; and
- plays the ‘Match the Parts’ game on the web page of the Match the Parts Campaign.
In order to validly register, the Participant must:
- fill in the following data: email, company name, country, TVH account number; and
- play the Match the Parts game.
The Participant guarantees that the communicated data and information is correct, up-to-date and complete.
Any incomplete participation and any participation that has not been submitted via the mentioned website will be declared null and void.
The activation of the Ticket (and the effective participation in the Match the Parts Campaign) is done by fulfilling both condition A and B within the Term (as defined in Article 4):
- Playing the Match the Parts game; and
- The purchase of parts for small earth-movers, mobile elevating work platforms and/or telehandlers from the selected Product Groups (as specified and defined below) via the Organizer’s e-commerce site or by telephone via the Organizer's sales service and this for an aggregate value of at least:
- for Participants located in the United States of America: $500 USD
The aforementioned minimum aggregate values are hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Minimum Purchase Value".
The Organizer has selected the following 11 product groups for the Match the Parts Campaign (hereinafter the “selected Product Groups”):
- Windows
Window (plexi)glass, window lifters, sealing profiles …
- Seats
Seats, armrests, cushions, headrests and more.
- Joysticks & hand controls
Electrical joysticks, controller boxes, hand controls …
- Batteries & chargers
Batteries, battery connectors, battery chargers and other battery-related items.
- Cooling
Fans, cooling hoses, intercoolers, oil coolers, radiators, water pumps and more.
- Engine components
Engine belts, engine blocks, engine cylinder heads, engine repair kits, flywheels …
- Filtration
LPG filters, filters tools, filter accessories, and more.
- Hydraulic cylinders
Hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic cylinder heads, hydraulic cylinder seal kits, pneumatic cylinders …
- Hydraulic pumps
Hydraulic pumps, hydraulic pumps parts, hydraulic pump repair kits and more.
- Seals & seal kits
Back-up rings, felt rings, lip seals, oil seals, sealing rings …
- Tracks & undercarriage parts
Tracks, idlers, sprockets, rollers and more tracks and undercarriage parts.

There are FIFTEEN (15) category 1 gifts and TWO HUNDRED (200) category 2 gifts to give away.
The FIFTEEN (15) category 1 gifts are geographically allocated as follows amongst the Participants:
- FIFTEEN (15) gifts amongst the participants from the United States
The TWO HUNDRED (200) category 2 gifts are geographically allocated as follows amongst the Participants:
- TWO HUNDRED (200) gifts amongst the participants from the United States
Each Participant is allowed to play as many times as he/she wishes during the Term of the Match the Parts Campaign, but can only receive ONE (1) gift of each category.
In the event that not all the conditions of the Campaign rules are met or in the event of abuse, deception, fraud or bad faith, the Organizer reserves the right to exclude the Participant in question from the Match the Parts Campaign.
Article 4: Time period
The Match the Parts Campaign starts on Monday, January 15, 2024 at 00:00 and ends on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 24:00 CST (hereinafter the "Term").
Both obtaining a Ticket and its activation must take place within the Term.
Article 5: The gift(s)
Participants that within the Term of the Match the Parts Campaign (as defined in Article 4) purchase parts from the selected Product Groups for at least the Minimum Purchase Value, and are among the FIVE (5) highest scores in each of the THREE (3) TVH USA CPA territories in the Match the Parts game, will receive a category 1 and category 2 gift; hence such a Participant will in fact receive TWO (2) gifts:
- Category 1 gift: TVH-branded JBL Flip 6 bluetooth speaker representing a value of THIRTY ONE DOLLARS AND NINETY SIX CENTS ($31.96), excl. VAT
- Category 2 gift: TVH-branded Skid Steer stress toy representing a value of FOUR DOLLARS AND TWENTY FIVE CENTS ($4.25) excl. VAT
Participants that within the Term of the Match the Parts Campaign (as defined in Article 4) purchase parts from selected Product Groups for at least the Minimum Purchase Value, and who finished as SIXTEENTH (16th) or up to TWO HUNDREDTH (200th) on the leaderboard of the Match the Parts game, will only receive a category 2 gift; hence such a Participant will only receive ONE (1) gift:
General conditions/restrictions with respect to the gifts:
- A Participant can receive a maximum of ONE (1) category 1 gift and ONE (1) category 2 gift (if applicable) in this Match the Parts Campaign.
- A gift can only be awarded to a Participant of the Match the Parts Campaign and is therefore not transferable (including any sale) to any other person.
- The gift is solely intended for professional use and therefore can only be utilized in a professional setting/environment (usage for private purposes is strictly prohibited).
- The gift may not be exchanged or converted into cash in any way whatsoever through any channel.
- The images used to describe the gift(s) are for reference only. The final gift(s), namely the ones the Organizer gives away, might look slightly different.
- In the event that unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control would make the delivery of the gift practically impossible, the Organizer reserves the right to award another equivalent gift. In such a case, the Participant(s) receiving the gift(s) will be notified of this change of gift by email or telephone. Any such change of gift shall not entitle the concerned Participant(s) to any compensation or indemnity.
Article 6: Determination and announcement of the Participant(s) receiving a gift(s)
In total there will be TWO HUNDRED (200) Participants receiving a gift.
Participants who, during the Term of the Match the Parts Campaign, cumulatively meet all the conditions of the Match the Parts Campaign will receive a gift:
- Have correctly registered on the web page of the Match the Parts Campaign by filling in his/her details;
- Have set a a top time either top 15 or top 200 in the ‘Match the Parts’ game*; and
- Purchased parts for small earth-movers, mobile elevating work platforms and/or telehandlers from the above mentioned selected Product Groups via the Organizer’s e-commerce site or by telephone via the Organizer’s sales service and this for at least the Minimum Purchase Value.
*Any Participants found to be cheating will automatically be disqualified for the entire Match the Parts Campaign.
In case of a possible ex aequo, the Participant who started playing first within the Term of the Match the Parts campaign, will receive a gift.
The 200 Participants receiving a gift will be contacted personally by the Organizer via email or telephone no later than February 14, 2024 in order to arrange the delivery of the gift(s). All shipping costs are at the expense of the Organizer.
The Participants receiving a gift will also be announced via TVH News.
The Organizer may impose additional conditions to this Match the Parts Campaign. The result of the Match the Parts Campaign is binding and irrevocable. The decision of the Organizer to designate which Participants will receive a gift is therefore final and can't be contested.
Article 7: Liability
The Organizer can't be held responsible or liable for:
- Not being able to deliver a gift if the Participant provided insufficient, incomplete or incorrect contact details.
- Possible damage, physical injury or accidents that could occur as a result of receiving a gift and/or participating in the Match the Parts Campaign.
- Any shortcomings of the post and/or courier companies when delivering a gift (such as delay, damage, strike or loss).
- Any defect in the gift or if the gift doesn't meet the created expectations.
- Possible accidents or damage (in)directly related to a gift received.
The Organizer shall make every effort to allow access to the website and the Match the Parts Campaign web page at any time. The Organizer may interrupt access to the website and the Match the Parts Campaign web page at any time, in particular for technical reasons, updates and maintenance. Under no circumstances can the company be held liable for these interruptions and their consequences.
Article 8: Amendments to regulations
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or revoke/withdraw the Match the Parts Campaign or its course at any time in any individual jurisdiction, if it is compelled to do so for legal reasons or if unforeseen circumstances or circumstances independent of the Organizer’s wish justify this, without any right to compensation or indemnification in respect of the Participants.
If amendments to the regulations are made, these will be communicated to the Participants by email.
Article 9: Applicable law & disputes
These regulations are subject to United States law and will be implemented and interpreted in accordance with United States law.
The Organizer will see to the proper course of the Match the Parts Campaign. All disputes concerning the application of these regulations shall be settled autonomously by the Organizer.
Article 10: Privacy
All personal data communicated by the Participants in connection with or within the framework of the Match the Parts Campaign will be stored in a database managed by the Organizer. This personal data of the Participants is thus processed by the Organizer in accordance with its privacy policy, available on its website: https://www.tvh.com/en-us/privacy-policy.
This data falls under the application of the law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and all Belgian regulations implementing the General Data Protection Regulation. The Organizer wishes to guarantee the private life of the Participant in compliance with all legal or other provisions relating to the protection of private life.
By participating, Participants agree that if they receive a gift, they may appear on the website and other channels (such as YouTube, Facebook ...) with their picture, name and address, as well as on the website and online channels of any co-organizers, and in the written press, as well as be filmed for (television) coverage of the Match the Parts Campaign.
This data can also be used for promotional campaigns or discounts, for information and studies.
You may at any time consult the personal data processed by the Organizer, have all necessary corrections made or ask the Organizer, free of charge, to remove them from its files or not to communicate all or part of the information obtained to third parties.
