Our teams have been busy working on the TVH-IPS UK collaboration to ensure we can combine and continue to deliver the same great level of service and expertise you've been accustomed to, whilst being able to provide you with many more new products and services in the future.
We are extremely pleased to inform you that from the 9th of November 2020, IPS UK will integrate into TVH UK Ltd.
What are the key elements of this integration and what do they mean for both existing and new TVH customers?
Whilst it is our intention to keep changes to a minimum, there will be some operational aspects that require adjustment to align within our organisation. But please rest assured that we are doing our utmost to minimise the impact on your business.
For the TVH customers, a large part of the following info will not be new. If there are questions though, do not hesitate to contact us.
For the new TVH customers, many things will remain unchanged, other elements will be slightly modified. Rest assured that we are doing our utmost to minimize the impact on your operations.

In 2019 IPS UK was acquired by the Belgian group TVH. This company was founded in 1969 by 2 friends, Paul Thermote and Paul Vanhalst.

Location
IPS UK stock will be added to the shared TVH/Bepco warehouse based in Kidderminster. With this local and enlarged stock in Kidderminster, we can react swiftly to your needs as a customer.
The IPS UK staff will be integrated into the TVH UK Team but will continue to operate from the current offices in Telford.

MyTotalSource (MTS) is our online commerce platform that will allow you to request quotes, place and track orders, access to parts search engines, access to catalogues …

Transport & delivery
TVH has agreements with couriers that can guarantee next day delivery for your urgent orders placed before 4 p.m. GMT.
The most commonly used carriers are DHL, TNT, UPS Innight, G Force Transport.
Contact us and we will guide you to the most beneficial way of transport.
Accounting
TVH will send you the invoices in electronic format. This invoice replaces the paper invoice and has the same legal value. We use the e-mail address that is known in our CRM system, or the e-mail address of your accounts contact person that you want to give us.
