Parts specialist TVH has won Sport Vlaanderen's 'Sportlabel 24-25' for the second time in a row.  After being named 'Sports Company of the Year' last year, TVH reaffirms its commitment to sports and exercise in the workplace. The company, known for its extensive investments in well-being, continues to lead the way with its health policy 'Nudge'.

NUDGE: SPORTY MOTIVATION

The sports label is awarded to companies that excel in certain criteria, and TVH is doing this with verve with its 'Nudge' programme. The goal? To encourage employees to adopt healthy habits that they can maintain. One way they do this is with free group classes such as yoga and bootcamps, sports tournaments (badminton, padel), and their own Finnish running track and basketball court. Sports challenges such as annual step challenges and health scans are recurring successes at TVH.

Thanks to this programme, a group of colleagues receive professional sports guidance to prepare for the Izegem quarter triathlon. We are now organising this initiative for the fourth year, and it has even become so popular that since this year TVH is also the main sponsor of that triathlon. Every year, more than 100 colleagues participate in that TVH triathlon." 

With the recognition from Sport Vlaanderen in its pocket, TVH continues to strengthen its focus on wellness and health in the coming year. There is certainly no lack of ambition to extend their title of Sports Company of the Year.
