ANOTHER 15 TVH EMPLOYEES TAKE DIGITAL STEP FORWARD WITH POSTGRADUATE DIGITAL BUSINESS ANALYST

Parts specialist TVH continues to successfully focus on digitalisation. Once again, 15 employees completed the postgraduate Digital Business Analyst, a course set up in collaboration with Vives Business School in Bruges. This postgraduate, exclusively for TVH employees, focuses on digital transformation and provides participants with the tools to play a key role in the company's digital future. Last Monday, they presented their finished business cases to their colleagues. The graduates will receive an official postgraduate certificate from Vives Business School. 

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IS CRUCIAL

With society's growing digitalisation, TVH sees the importance of in-house digital expertise. Jellert Dekeyser (Vice President Omnichannel & Marketing) explains: "88% of our orders are made online. So, a solid digital customer experience is indispensable. Over the past year, the graduated colleagues worked on projects that we can use to improve our customer experience, among other things."

But the success story continues. Also, this year, a new group of 16 employees will start the postgraduate Digital Business Analyst. After finishing the course, they will play an important role in further digitalisation within their departments. This way, TVH not only invests in technology, but also in the talent of its own employees and encourages cooperation between departments. 

Chief People Officer, Peter Geiregat, stresses the importance of this development: "We strongly believe in the growth of our people.
