In January 2021, TVH Parts Holding NV (TVH), one of the world's largest suppliers of parts and accessories for material handling, industrial equipment and agricultural machinery, headquartered in Belgium, completed the acquisition of the Dutch company Van Gent Forkliftparts B.V. Van Gent started in 1967 as a Hyster dealer and has grown into a large-scale supplier of both OEM and aftermarket forklift parts.
