REPAIR OF YOUR EV CHARGER

Do you have an EV charger needing a repair? We offer various services for both AC and DC chargers for residential, commercial and industrial markets:

  • Repair: We carefully diagnose and repair your EV charger, getting it back up and running. This is also a more cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to purchasing a new part.
  • Recycling program: Send us your broken-down EV chargers! We recycle them to be used as raw materials for new products. This way, we prevent them from ending up in landfills.
  • TVH Exchange program: Send us your old part in exchange for a refurbished or remanufactured part at a reduced cost. This minimises downtime and repair costs. As a free bonus, it promotes sustainability!

OUR REPAIR PROCESS

We perform repairs to the highest possible standards, following a strict procedure:

  1. Send us your EV charger. When we collect the charger, it is allocated to an expert technician.
  2. The technician disassembles the EV charger and does a technical evaluation. 
  3. We do a root cause analysis to determine EV charger performance. The technician lists all (spare) parts that need to be replaced. Upon request, the customer can get a quote.
  4. All failed, weakened, and historically failed components are replaced with high-quality items.
  5. Mechanical parts undergo a thorough cleaning.
  6. We subject all remanufactured EV chargers to rigorous testing.
  7. If necessary, the EV charger gets a new paint layer in the paintshop.
  8. Finally, the repaired EV charger is prepped for packing and will be returned to you.

Ultimately, you get an EV charger that is as good as new, at a fraction of the price of a new one and with a 1-year warranty.
