Join the Magic - Terms & conditions
Article 1: Principle
These campaign rules set out the regulations governing the conditions of the campaign to receive the gifts mentioned in Article 5. (hereinafter the "Join the Magic Campaign").
The Join the Magic Campaign is organized by TVH Parts Holding NV, with registered office at Brabantstraat 15, 8790 Waregem, Belgium (hereinafter the "Organizer").
By participating in the Join the Magic Campaign, the Participant (as defined below) accepts without reservation or restriction all provisions of these Campaign rules and the decisions of the Organizer. The Participant additionally recognizes that all purchases are subject to the Organizer’s (or its affiliates’) General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as available on its website: https://www.tvh.com/terms-conditions.
Article 2: Who can participate?
Participation in the Join the Magic Campaign with purchase obligation is exclusively reserved for organizations with a VAT number (or similar, being a tax/company number in the relevant country to identify the Participant) (hereinafter the "Participant").
The natural person who competes in the Join the Magic Campaign is not personally eligible for a gift.
Article 3: Modalities of participation
The Participant will receive a "ticket"/"opportunity" to participate in the Join the Magic Campaign (hereinafter a "Ticket"), if the Participant:
- registers on one of the web pages of the Join the Magic Campaign (small earth-movers, mobile elevating work platforms or telehandlers); and
- plays the ‘Magic Hats’ game on one of the web pages of the Join the Magic Campaign.
In order to validly register, the Participant must:
- fill in the following data: email, company name, country, TVH account number (optional); and
- play the ‘Magic Hats’ game.
The Participant guarantees that the communicated data and information are correct, up-to-date and complete.
Any incomplete participation and any participation that has not been submitted via the mentioned website will be declared null and void.
The activation of the Ticket (and the effective participation in the Join the Magic Campaign) is done by fulfilling both conditions A and B within the Term (as defined in Article 4):
- Playing the ‘Magic Hats’ game; and
- The purchase of parts for small earth-movers, mobile elevating work platforms and/or telehandlers from the selected Product Groups (as specified and defined below) via the Organizer’s webshop or by telephone via the Organizer's sales service and this for an aggregate value of at least:
- for Participants located in the UK/Ireland: THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUND STERLING (GBP £350.00) excl. VAT, or FOUR HUNDRED EURO (€ 400, 00) excl. VAT; (or equivalent tax charge f.e. GST)
- for Participants located in Turkey: TEN THOUSAND TURKISH LIRA (TRY ₺10,000.00) excl. VAT; (or equivalent tax charge f.e. GST)
- for Participants located in the Middle East: FOUR HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $ 400,00 -) excl. VAT; (or equivalent tax charge f.e. GST)
- for Participants located in Poland: ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED POLISH ZLOTY (1,800 PLN) excl. VAT; (or equivalent tax charge f.e. GST)
- for Participants located in Romania: TWO THOUSAND ROMANIAN LEU (RON 2.000,00 lei) excl. VAT; (or equivalent tax charge f.e. GST)
- for Participants located in the Czech Republic: NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED CZECH KORUNA (CZK 9,800.00 Kč) excl. VAT; (or equivalent tax charge f.e. GST)
- for Participants located in Southern Africa: EIGHT THOUSAND SOUTH AFRICAN RAND (ZAR R 8,000) excl. VAT; (or equivalent tax charge f.e. GST)
- for Participants located in East Asia and SAARC: FOUR HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $ 400,00 -) excl. VAT; (or equivalent tax charge f.e. GST)
- for Participants located in SEA: SIX HUNDRED SINGAPORE DOLLAR (SGD $ 600,00 -) excl. VAT, or TWO THOUSAND MALAYSIAN RINGGIT (MYR RM 2,000) excl. VAT; (or equivalent tax charge f.e. GST)
- for Participants located in Oceania: SIX HUNDRED AUSTRALIAN DOLLAR (AUD A$ 600,00 -) excl. VAT, or FIVE HUNDRED NEW ZEALAND DOLLAR (NZD NZ$ 500,00 -) excl. VAT; (or equivalent tax charge f.e. GST)
- for Participants located in the Americas: FOUR HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $ 400,00 -) excl. VAT; (or equivalent tax charge f.e. GST)
- for Participants located in other Geographical Areas than those mentioned above: FOUR HUNDRED EURO (€ 400, 00) excl. VAT (or this amount converted into the applicable local currency)
The aforementioned minimum aggregate values are hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Minimum Purchase Value".
The Organizer has selected the following 10 product groups for small earth-movers, 10 product groups for mobile elevating work platforms and 8 product groups for telehandlers for the Join the Magic Campaign (hereinafter the “selected Product Groups”):

There are SEVENTEEN (17) category 1 gifts and EIGHTY-ONE (81) category 2 gifts to give away.
The SEVENTEEN (17) category 1 gifts are geographically allocated as follows amongst the Participants. The Participant will receive this on the condition he has scored the highest or second highest score (as set forth hereunder) in his Geographical Area:
- ONE (1) gift amongst the Participants from France
- ONE (1) gift amongst the Participants from the Nordics
- ONE (1) gift amongst the Participants from UK/Ireland
- ONE (1) gift amongst the Participants from DACH
- ONE (1) gift amongst the Participants from the Benelux
- ONE (1) gift amongst the Participants from Iberica
- ONE (1) gift amongst the Participants from Italy
- ONE (1) gift amongst the Participants from Turkey
- ONE (1) gift amongst the Participants from the Middle East
- ONE (1) gift amongst the Participants from Eastern Europe
- ONE (1) gift amongst the Participants from Afrimed
- ONE (1) gift amongst the Participants from Southern Africa
- TWO (2) gifts amongst the Participants from Asia
- TWO (2) gifts amongst the Participants from Oceania
- ONE (1) gift amongst the Participants from the Americas
The EIGHTY-ONE (81) category 2 gifts are geographically allocated as follows amongst the Participants. The Participant will receive this on the condition he has scored amongst the five to seven (as set forth hereunder) high scores in his Geographical Area:
- FIVE (5) gifts amongst the Participants from France
- FIVE (5) gifts amongst the Participants from the Nordics
- FIVE (5) gifts amongst the Participants from UK/Ireland
- FIVE (5) gifts amongst the Participants from DACH
- FIVE (5) gifts amongst the Participants from the Benelux
- FIVE (5) gifts amongst the Participants from Iberica
- FIVE (5) gifts amongst the Participants from Italy
- FIVE (5) gifts amongst the Participants from Turkey

Each Participant is allowed to play the ‘Magic Hats’ game as many times as he/she wishes during the Term of the Join the Magic Campaign, but can only receive ONE (1) gift (as defined in Article 5).
In the event that not all the conditions of the Campaign rules are met or in the event of abuse, deception, fraud or bad faith, the Organizer reserves the right to exclude the Participant in question from the Join the Magic Campaign.
Article 4: Time period
- For Asia, the Join the Magic Campaign starts on Monday 3 June 2024 at 00:00 and ends on Friday 2 August 2024 at 24:00 (CST / GMT+8) (hereinafter the "Term").
- For the Americas, the Join the Magic Campaign starts Monday June 17 2024 at 00:00 and ends on Monday August 19 at 24:00 (CST / GMT+8) ( hereinafter the "Term").
- For all other Geographical Areas, the Join the Magic Campaign starts on Monday 1 April 2024 at 00:00 and ends on Friday 31 May 2024 at 24:00 (CET / GMT+1) (hereinafter the "Term").
Both obtaining a Ticket and its activation must take place within the Term.
Article 5: The gift(s)
Participants that, within the Term of the Join the Magic Campaign (as defined in Article 4), purchase parts from the selected Product Groups for at least the Minimum Purchase Value, and have the highest or second highest score in their Geographical Area, will receive a category 1 gift:
- Category 1 gift: JBL PartyBox Encore representing a value of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT EURO AND NINETY-NINE CENT (€ 288,99), incl. VAT
Participants that, within the Term of the Join the Magic Campaign (as defined in Article 4), purchase parts from selected Product Groups for at least the Minimum Purchase Value, and score amongst the five to seven (as set forth hereunder) high scores in their Geographical Area, will receive a category 2 gift:
- Category 2 gift: TVH-branded JBL Tuner 2 representing a value of NINETY EURO AND NINETY-NINE CENT (€ 90,99), incl. VAT
General conditions/restrictions with respect to the gifts:
- A Participant can receive a maximum of ONE (1) gift in this Join the Magic Campaign.
- A gift can only be awarded to a Participant of the Join the Magic Campaign and is therefore not transferable (including any sale) to any other person.
- The gift is solely intended for professional use and therefore can only be utilized in a professional setting/environment (usage for private purposes is strictly prohibited).The gift may not be exchanged or converted into cash in any way whatsoever through any channel.
- The images used to describe the gift(s) are for reference only. The final gift(s), namely the ones the Organizer gives away, might look slightly different.
- In the event that unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control would make the delivery of the gift practically impossible, the Organizer reserves the right to award another equivalent gift. In such a case, the Participant(s) receiving the gift(s) will be notified of this change of gift by email or telephone. Any such change of gift shall not entitle the concerned Participant(s) to any compensation or indemnity.
Article 6: Determination and announcement of the Participant(s) receiving a gift(s)
In total, there will be NINETY-EIGTH (98th) Participants receiving a gift.
Participants who, during the Term of the Join the Magic Campaign, cumulatively meet all the conditions of the Join the Magic Campaign will receive a gift:
- Have correctly registered on one of the web pages of the Join the Magic Campaign (small earth-movers, mobile elevating work platforms or telehandlers);
- Have set a top score in the ‘Magic Hats’ game*; and
- Purchased parts for small earth-movers, mobile elevating work platforms and/or telehandlers from the above-mentioned selected Product Groups via the Organizer’s webshop or by telephone via the Organizer’s sales service and this for at least the Minimum Purchase Value.
*Any Participants found to be cheating will automatically be disqualified for the entire Join the Magic Campaign.
In case of a possible ex aequo, the Participant who started playing first within the Term of the Join the Magic Campaign will receive a gift.
The 98 Participants receiving a gift will be contacted personally by the Organizer via email or telephone no later than 30 September 2024 in order to arrange the delivery of the gift(s). All shipping costs are at the expense of the Organizer.
The Participants receiving a gift will also be announced via TVH News.
The Organizer may impose additional conditions to this Join the Magic Campaign. The result of the Join the Magic Campaign is binding and irrevocable. The decision of the Organizer to designate which Participants will receive a gift is therefore final and can't be contested.
Article 7: Liability
The Organizer can't be held responsible or liable for:
- Not being able to deliver a gift if the Participant provided insufficient, incomplete or incorrect contact details.
- Possible damage, physical injury or accidents that could occur as a result of receiving a gift and/or participating in the Join the Magic Campaign.
- Any shortcomings of the post and/or courier companies when delivering a gift (such as delay, damage, strike or loss).
- Any defect in the gift or if the gift doesn't meet the created expectations.
- Possible accidents or damage (in)directly related to a gift received.
The Organizer shall make every effort to allow access to the website and the Join the Magic Campaign web page at any time. The Organizer may interrupt access to the website and the Join the Magic Campaign web page at any time, in particular for technical reasons, updates and maintenance. Under no circumstances can the company be held liable for these interruptions and their consequences.
Article 8: Amendments to regulations
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or revoke/withdraw the Join the Magic Campaign or its course at any time in any individual jurisdiction, if it is compelled to do so for legal reasons or if unforeseen circumstances or circumstances independent of the Organizer’s wish justify this, without any right to compensation or indemnification in respect of the Participants.
If amendments to the regulations are made, these will be communicated to the Participants by email.
Article 9: Applicable law & disputes
These regulations are subject to Belgian law and will be implemented and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law.
The Organizer will see to the proper course of the Join the Magic Campaign. All disputes concerning the application of these regulations shall be settled autonomously by the Organizer.
Article 10: Privacy
All personal data communicated by the Participants in connection with or within the framework of the Join the Magic Campaign will be stored in a database managed by the Organizer. This personal data of the Participants is thus processed by the Organizer in accordance with its privacy policy, available on its website: https://www.tvh.com/privacy-policy.
This data falls under the application of the law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and all Belgian regulations implementing the General Data Protection Regulation. The Organizer wishes to guarantee the private life of the Participant in compliance with all legal or other provisions relating to the protection of private life.
By participating, Participants agree that if they receive a gift, they may appear on the website and other channels (such as YouTube, Facebook ...) with their picture, name and address, as well as on the website and online channels of any co-organizers, and in the written press, as well as being filmed for (television) coverage of the Join the Magic Campaign.
This data can also be used for promotional campaigns or discounts, for information and studies.
You may at any time consult the personal data processed by the Organizer, have all necessary corrections made or ask the Organizer, free of charge, to remove them from its files or not to communicate all or part of the information obtained to third parties.
