1. Reconditioning / Repair

When we receive your cylinder at TVH for repair, it will initially be dismantled to assess the damage the cylinder has suffered.

2. Assembly / Disassembly of the hydraulic cylinder

While the cylinder is disassembled, we can check what needs to be repaired and what needs to be replaced. If items such as the piston rod or tube are damaged and not in stock, we can contact the design department and the turning shop. This allows us to respond quickly to repair your cylinder in the shortest possible time.

3. Quality control & testing

Once the reconditioning or repair has been completed, we test the cylinder for pressure and internal leaks. We are able to test all possible versions, whether this is single-acting or double acting.
Afterwards, the customer can choose whether it needs to be repainted. Lastly, it will then be returned with our shipment to the address provided.

4. Good as new
