TVH offers all its employees the opportunity to work in a healthy and safe environment. A healthy spirit in a healthy body is a condition to function properly.
That’s why TVH takes actions to optimize the health of the employees by conducting a policy about alcohol and drugs, smoking, healthy food and sports.
Every year, the TVH sports committee organises a number of sporty activities: Zumba, the TVH Champions League, keep on running, cycling trips … In addition, we also often participate in other sports activities such as the beach volley tournament in Kortrijk, the ‘Kerstcorrida’ (Christmas run) in Deerlijk and the ‘Bedrijvencross’(corporate run) in Beveren-Leie.
TVH continuously improves the working conditions in order to reduce accidents and illness. These actions resulted in a reduction of the number of accidents by 8,5% in 2014 compared to 2012.
