Back in April, we informed all customers of Digger Parts about the takeover of Digger Parts by TVH. If you wish, you can consult this earlier communication here.
Over the past couple of months, the teams of both companies have been busy working on the integration. We want to ensure that we can combine and continue to deliver the same great level of service and expertise you've been accustomed to, whilst being able to provide you with many more new products and services in the future.
We are now very pleased to inform you that Digger Parts will merge into the TVH Group as of October 4th, 2021.
What are the key elements of this integration and what do they mean for both existing and new TVH customers?
Whilst it is our intention to keep changes to a minimum, there will be some operational aspects that require adjustment to align within our organisation. But please rest assured that we are doing our utmost to minimise the impact on your business.
For those who are already familiar with TVH, much of the following information will not be new. In the event you would have any additional questions though, please do not hesitate to contact us.
For new TVH customers, the majority of things will remain unchanged, other elements may be slightly different.

TVH was founded in 1969 by 2 friends, Paul Thermote and Paul Vanhalst.
Today, more than 4,500 colleagues worldwide, spread over 81 locations, serve customers in more than 180 countries. The head office is located in Waregem, Belgium.

Our teams will continue to handle your parts request with the same professionalism and responsiveness. You will still be able to reach your usual contact person under the telephone number you know. The e-mail addresses though will be built up in the following way: [email protected].
The Digger Parts team will become part of the TVH team as from October 4th.
Moreover, the TVH team serving your region will be able to assist you in your language. You can consult the contact details of the team in your region on our contact page.

In addition to parts for small earth-moving equipment, you will have access to a whole universe of parts related to material handling, industrial vehicles, construction, agricultural equipment, handling, workshop consumables and storage equipment.

MyTotalSource, online platform
All Digger Parts part numbers will be recognised in our MyTotalSource platform. Simply use the references you always used, and add "CBP" as a prefix.
MyTotalSource (MTS) is our online commerce platform that will allow you to request quotes, place and track orders, access to parts search engines, access to catalogues …
Shortly after Oct 4th you will receive the necessary credentials to login to our webshop and you will be contacted by a TVH representative for further details.

Transport & delivery
TVH has agreements with couriers that can guarantee next day delivery for your urgent orders placed before a certain cut-off time. This cut-off time may vary depending on the carrier or the location of the warehouse.
Contact us and we will guide you to the most beneficial way of transport.
Accounting
TVH will send you the invoices in electronic format. This invoice replaces the paper invoice and has the same legal value. We use the e-mail address that is known in our CRM system, or the e-mail address of your accounts contact person that you want to give us.
