TVH’S GRAMMER SEAT COVER GIVEAWAY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This disclaimer sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the Grammer seat cover giveaway (the “Campaign”) organized by TVH Parts NV, with registered office at Brabantstraat 15, 8790 Waregem, Belgium and with VAT number 0425.399.042. By participating in the Campaign, the customer accepts, without reservation or restriction, all provisions of this Disclaimer and the decisions of TVH. The customer additionally recognizes that all purchases are subject to the TVH’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as available on its website: https://www.tvh.com/terms-conditions. 
  2. Customers can receive a Grammer seat cover (as described below) (the “Gift”) by placing an order of at least one thousand euros (€ 1.000,00) on seats or accessories from the brand Grammer from TVH (via TVH’s webshop, telephone or email). The minimum purchase amount of one thousand euros (€ 1.000,00) cannot be spread over multiple orders but must be spent in one (1) order in order for the customer to receive the Gift. Multiple types of products can be combined, with the condition they are from the brand Grammer. The seats or accessories from the brand Grammer in scope of this campaign are all Grammer-branded products that can be found on MyTotalSource webshop or eshop (e.g. seats, seatbelts, armrests, backrests, seat cushions).
  3. The Gifts are attributed to the customers on a “first come, first served” basis and as long as stock lasts.
  4. The Campaign is only valid on new orders placed by customers as from 20 October 2023 at 09:00 AM until 15 December 2023 at 17:00 PM (CET / GMT +1) or as long as the stock of the Gift lasts. Maximum one (1) seat cover will be provided per customer, independent of the number of orders above one thousand euros (€ 1.000,00) that are placed.
  5. TVH shall make every effort to allow access to the MyTotalSource webshop or eshop at any time. However, TVH may interrupt access to the MyTotalSource webshop at any time, in particular for technical reasons, updates and maintenance. Under no circumstances can TVH be held liable for these interruptions and their consequences.
  6. The Gift that customers will receive contains one (1) Grammer seat cover that fits Grammer’s Actimo, Compacto & Primo models. Images of the Gift published by TVH are for reference purposes only. The Gift, the ones the customers will actually receive, might look slightly different.
  7. It is not allowed for the customer to transfer (including any sale) the Gift to any other person or company. The Gift may not be exchanged or converted into cash in any way whatsoever through any channel.
  8. TVH will send the Gift to the customer as soon as reasonably possible after the end of the campaign (15 December 2023) if the customer has ordered products for a minimum purchase value of at least  one thousand euros (€ 1.000). 
  9. TVH cannot be held responsible or liable for (i) not being able to deliver a Gift if the customer provided insufficient, incomplete or incorrect contact details; (ii) possible damage, physical injury or accidents that could occur as a result of receiving the Gift, (iii) any shortcomings of the post and/or courier companies when delivering the Gift (such as delay, damage, strike or loss); (iv) any defect in the Gift or if it doesn't meet the created expectations (any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions and the customer recognizes that all claims must be addressed directly towards the manufacturer and that TVH bears no responsibility or liability in this respect whatsoever); (v) possible accidents or damage (in)directly related to a Gift received.
