Selected new TVH-customers will receive a one-off 10% discount on their first order from 02/09/2024 until 30/09/2024.

This disclaimer sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the “GET 10% DISCOUNT ON YOUR FIRST ORDER” discount promotion (the “Promotion”) organized by your selling TVH-entity (“TVH”). The Promotion runs from 02/09/2024 until 30/09/2024 (the “Promotional Period”). The Promotion is only valid for the first order of selected customers* placed (online or offline) during the Promotional Period. The one-off 10% discount (the “Discount”) is valid on the total order value of the first order, regardless of the type of parts and/or accessories purchased. The Discount will be automatically deducted from the total order value. The Discount cannot be combined with any other promotion or campaign. The customer recognizes that all purchases are subject to TVH’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as available on https://www.tvh.com/terms-conditions. TVH shall make every effort to allow access to TVH’s (e)shop at any time. However, TVH may interrupt access to the TVH’s (e)shop at any time, in particular for technical reasons, updates and maintenance. Under no circumstances can TVH be held liable for these interruptions and their consequences. TVH reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion or its course at any time in any individual jurisdiction, if it is compelled to do so for legal reasons or if unforeseen circumstances or circumstances independent of TVH’s wish justify this, without any right to compensation or indemnification in respect of the customer.
